hi everyone,

well yesterday was maggies surgery. we need to all keep her in our prayers. she's been in lots of pain. poor girl. she doesn't want people seeing her yet, so right when she'll let me, i'm going to go see her.

she needs cards. please, send her a card if you know her. she'll be home on tuesday.....hopefully. so we need to all bombard her with love. if you need her address, please email or call me. even if you don't know maggie all that well, she needs our support and love. courtney's friend megan went through this a year ago. and she's just now feeling herself. so even if it's 5 months after the surgery, please send her a card or something. just call or email me if you need her address. she would love it so much!

maggie is the kind of person that you just can't not like. she's such a joy to be around. here's her when she was trying on annies fake glasses. =D she's so random and awesome. and it hurts me so much that she had to go through this. please pray!

my weekend

hey everyone, ok i'm just going to start from the beginning of my weekend and shorten it a lot and tell ya'll what happened....here goes. Sorry if i get it too long. =) you know me.

So first of all, we left on Thursday at 2:15 and it was a terrible trip. I couldn't sleep in the car for some reason. I listened to my iPod, took pictures of myself and the outside, and texted Sam. We got to the awesome alexanders (all alexanders are awesome. and thats a fact.) house. Bailey (the 10 year old girl) was waiting outside for us and gave us sweet little hugs when we got out of the car. Ry (the 14 yr old boy) came running out and gave us nice little hugs too. Hunter (the 17 yr old boy) wasn't home.

We played a bunch of games, ate dinner, played more games and went to bed.

Next day (Friday). video game, watched movies, played games and stuff. Ry and I hit each other......a lot. He pushed me into walls.....meany. =) But, of course, I always got him back good.

Next day (Saturday). We basically did the same stuff. And then we went Family Reunion (which was my moms side of the family, not my dads) in Joplin. Rebecca and Martha were there!!! So i got to hang out with them.

Next Day (Sunday). we went to church with the Family reunion people. Had fun. Ate lunch with Sean.....he looks just like Drake Bell. and stayed a while longer there and then headed back to Bentonville and Rogers arkansas (to visit the alexanders again).

Next day (today!) We came home. Sean gave me his DS for us to borrow for the ride back home. (he's so awesome) And so the trip wasn't so bad.

I don't have time to post pix right now.....but i will asap.

hey everyone,

well today we're in arkansas!!!! with our awesome cousins!!! it's been wonderful! full of running around the house, screaming, ryan and i fighting and hitting each other, playing monopoly, watching TV, eating too much, texting sammie, singing, oh and my personal favorite..........video games!!!! i got so sick of ry playing lord of the rings games so finally he played video games with me and not all by himself. =) yay!

right now everyone is watching TV....except me. mom and aunt lisa made us take a walk and ryan and i ditched courtney and bailey....haha. sweet.

ok, so, i think that we're about to watch The Pacifier and in another room the others are going to watch a scary PG-13 movie! Omg i'm glad i'm not in there!!!! Aaaaaaaaaaa! Bad dreams.

I'll keep ya'll all updated on our trip. I can't wait to post pictures, cause we got some cute ones!! But Ry and I have been hitting e/o so much and he won (of course) so i'm really tired right now.

my past 3 days

well my weekend was busy. at least it seemed busy to me. on friday i did nothing. my fridays are always lame (like going to bed at 10pm. omg.) saturday i woke at 7:45am and got on the computer for a little while. got bored. wanted to call someone, but then realized that it was 8am and most people sleep in on saturday(except ry, but i figured he'd be a swimming). so i basically did nothing. then my mom told me that we were going to clean all day. =/ bummer. my day just went from bad to worse. so by this time it was like 10am. And courtney had just gotten out of bed. mom told her the wonderful news of cleaning, and we got started. i stopped for luch at like 11:30 (i wanted to take my brake as soon as possible so i could stop cleaning) we ate and got started cleaning again. I'm not sure what time it was that we stopped....but it was early in the afternoon!! =) See, my mommy is a sweet mommy!! Then i did nothing for the rest of the day.

Sunday, we had church in the morning at Metro Bible Church in Carrolton.(awesome church) and Paster Bob was pretty awesome (of course). Ok, so we got home at like 12ish. I got a hamburger (from the fridge) and sat in front of the TV and watched disney channel and nick for hours. At 4pm i went to my neighbor's house and baby-sat Josh's little brother, Jake. which was wonderful. he's like the best kid ever. and the cutest little boy ever!!! him and i played and played and watched tv while we played. Lol. He went to bed pretty quickly though, cause he had not had a nap yet. And his parents Josh got home at like 10ish. And i went to bed right away. playing makes me tired.

Monday. So far i've done school and gone swimming. It's been a good day! It's been a family day! =)

Hey Everyone!! My computer isn't letting me get pictures off of my camera for some reason, but I was lucky enough to get a few today from it!! When I get more, i'll post them.

Ok, so I went to my dearest friend Michaela's house yesterday!! We had such a wonderful time! We went swimming, ate lollipops, ate fudge, played apples to apples, listened to music, talked a LOT!!! We ate a wonderful dinner of fruit salad, vanilla yogurt, and muffins (yum!)! It's was so wonderful! Here are some pictures from it:

my birthday!

hi friends! well yesterday was my birthday, and i had a wonderful day!

this is my amazingly awesome 15 yr. old girly birthday cake, i had to open 3 packs of candles in order to get 15 pink ones, it was worth it. =) it was a red velvet cake:

This was pretty annoying. We had already sung happy birthday and i had already blown out the candles but mom couldn't get the camera to work, so we had to do it all over again. So this is dad re-lighting the candle. =/

piano recital

My life has been.....busy....so sorry if i'm not blogging or emailing ya'll as much as normal. It seems like homeschoolers always have too much to do....

last night was my piano recital! I had a wonderful time! My sweet friend Annie came! And my sweet friend Michaela was in the recital so she came too! =D It was wonderful! Here are some pix from the evening!! I would have taken a pic of Ann and I, but her brother (Ollie) came to pick her up and it was too late....so i'm putting on here another pic of her and i so you can see who she is. =)

Ok, so, theres this guy that makes me RRREEEEAAALLLLYYYY MAD! I don't know why he gets me so worked up but he does. We get in these Pride & Prejudice debates. He says that Collin Firth makes a MUCH better Darcy than Matthew McFaydden. But we all know that Matt makes a MUCH BETTER DARCY THAN COLLIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been thus treated in my entire life! (said with a british accent) =) lol.

Pigs........sicko.

Hey everyone! So here's a post that Court did on her blog and i had to share it with ya'll. EVERYONE MUST READ..........OR ELSE!!! (yes, that is a threat!) So, here it is!: (enjoy!)

For those of you who lack the knowledge that I am homeschooled.....well, I am. And very happily so! Mom has assigned Hannah and I to write some paper's on the things we eat...or in this case, don't eat....and last week, I chose Pork. Some of you might be completely oblivious to the horrors and vileness of this disgusting creature! So I am now going to procede to tell you what I learned:~First of all, a pig is a scavenger, or in other words, an animal that eats anything left dead in the fields etc.~the consumption of pork (swine) is said by many authorities to cause many American illnesses such as:
blood diseases
weakness of the stomach
liver troubles
eczema (terrible skin rashes)
consumption
tumors
cancer, etc.
~They will eat anything, including their own young, or sick or dead pigs in the same pen.
"...four hours after the pig has eaten his polluted swill and other putrid, offensive matter, man may eat the same [swill] second handed off the ribs of the pig." -Ibid., 46 (Josephson)
~They are called "unclean" by God in Leviticus and Exodus. "You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you." Lev. 11:8Please do not misunderstand me, this is not legalism! God told His people to stay, with good reason, away from pigs. They were created to dispose of our waste.
~In Healthy Living by Rex Russel, M.D. he says, "Pigs have eaten Philidelphias's garbage and sewage for more than 100 years, saving the city $3 million a year in landfillcosts.".
~In Yearbook of Agriculture 1942, they reported that 50 diseases were found to be in pigs. Just the handling of a pig is a risk.
No, i'm not trying to convert anyone to stop eating honey ham, or sausage, I just found all this to be very interesting. As for myself though, I would rather not consume pig, especially considering that what they eat, I'm eating too. Gross.....
I'm not sure if i'll tell you about all the paper's I write, but my next one is Essential Oils, which is very fun, so I might post that one!

chiggers.....? ewww.

Hi everyone!

Okay, so a couple weeks ago i went to help save a cute little baby rabbits life cause a bird was trying to eat it while it was fully alive(it was quite depressing). The grass was tall and weedy. After a while i noticed a bunch of little black bugs crawling all over my feet....naturally i was grossed out by the thought of black bugs on me.

Days went by and still these nasty creatures were still on me and a bunch of red, itchy bites. After 2 weeks of having this, i finally found out that it was chiggers. I had never had chiggers before but everyone told me that they dug away in your skin, layed eggs inside you and got deeper and deeper in your flesh while their babies hatched. So i couldn't believe it when i realized that my tiny little friends were chiggers digging away into my feet.

So this is my first time to have them and i'm really grossed out. They're all over my ankles. But just a minute ago i put clear nail polish on them to kill them.....so lets hope i can kill them....for good.

hey, so i'm sorry that i haven't blogged in like forever! things have been crazy at my house. Well i'm giving an update on the past week....

this is the sweet Day girls, maggie and annie, trying to be emo....they're such goobers. Oh and those are fake glasses on Annie. She says she looks better in glasses....i personally think she's beautiful either way!

People have told her that she looks like all kinds of different people on TV, but i personally think she looks like the beautiful Samantha Ping! =)

Hey Everyone! So today i went shopping with my awesome cuz Justin, his amazing girl-friend Melody and her rock-on daughter Jalie. I forgot to take pictures while we shopped (so like me) so i took some in the car on the way back. =D

Oh yeah, and Hawaiian stuff is the theme this year.....we think. So we must all go and buy hawaiian shirts so we'll look cool and popular. Then everyone will notice us and think we're awesome.
